Keep it simple:

Grab a T-shirt you already own that fits well.

Lay it flat on a table.

Measure:

Body Width: Straight across from armpit to armpit.

Body Length: From the top of the shoulder to the bottom hem.
Measurements may vary by approximately 2.5 cm due to manufacturing tolerances.
